The Constitutional Court today revealed that it has scheduled to begin deliberation on Move Forward dissolution case on June 18.

It also ordered the Election Commission to submit a list of its evidence in the Move Forward party dissolution case by Monday June 17.

The court, meanwhile, did not respond to the Move Forward party’s submission of additional evidence.

This is being interpreted as meaning that the court has rejected the party’s additional evidence, in its defence of the EC’s demand for the party to be dissolved and all its executive committee members to be banished from politics for ten years, after the party was found guilty in January of attempting to overthrow the constitutional monarchy with its election campaign pledge to amend the lèse majesté law.

The Move Forward party submitted its rebuttal statement to the court on June 4.
