Police and the family of a missing school director in Lamphun province enter the tenth day of their search for him.

Ruchagorn Jaisanti, 43, acting director of a school in Nong Chang Khuen sub-district in Mueang Lamphun district, has been missing since June 16th.

Police have found evidence from CCTV cameras, recorded on June 14th, showing Ruchagorn talking with a group of teachers at school and his car being driven to a gas station in Umong sub-district.

Ruchagorn’s parents revealed that a teacher at the school recently disappeared with some of the school’s money, causing him stress because he had approved the money.

His wife took him to a doctor who prescribed medication to treat his stress.

A committee was set up to investigate two teachers at the school, about two days before the director went missing.

Police are now reviewing more CCTV footage from along the routes Ruchagorn likely travelled. Meanwhile, his family has posted details of his disappearance on social media, generating widespread interest but no further leads so far.
